My Avocado Lime Chive Dressing is great for Taco Night or for any salad or to just eat with a spoon…or celery.
Now, I already created a great Avocado Cilantro Dressing which is great but I just topped myself with this one. I was out of Cilantro so I improvised by adding in Yogurt and green Onions. It’s creamy and THE BOMB. Alex couldn’t get enough and said that she didn’t even miss not having any cheese on her Taco Salad.
Avocado Lime Chive Dressing Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Ripe Avocado (minus skin and seed)
- 1/4 Cup Fage Plain Yogurt
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 3 TBL Water
- 3 Choped Green Onions (large chives)
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in your mixer/blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
That’s it folks. Easy peasy. I do like to refrigerate it for at least 1-2hrs before serving but it’s great right out of the blender
