Mango Salsa Recipe
If you are going to make Fish Tacos, Veggie Tacos or just want to take a spoon and eat some tangy fruit with a little kick…then You MUST try this Mango Salsa I created.
Also, I just love eating it. This recipe makes a large jar full of salsa so if don’t want as much, cut everything in half. you can also freeze portions in snack bags for individual use or freeze half of it for your next meal. I never freeze it because I can’t help but eat it with everything.
I get my frozen mango’s organic. We love them in smoothies but this was a fast and easy way to eat mango’s out of season.
This is Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Raw – you name it, you can eat it! Enjoy
- 1 24oz Bag Frozen Mango chunks (canned or fresh is fine too)
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbl. Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ Tsp. Sea Salt
- ½ Tsp Pepper
Put everything in a Blender and blend until desired consistency… Um, that’s about it. Refrigerate. Don’t add any extra salt or cayenne until it refrigerates for at least an hour and taste it again. The flavors set in after chilling.
